High Velocity Pre-Commissioning

Refinery-grade cleaning. Hyperscale schedules.

The problem

Every new system ships with a problem hiding in plain sight: miles of piping that was fabricated, welded, and stored long before it was installed. Mill scale, weld slag, fabrication debris, surface oxidation — if it stays in the loop, it ends up in your pumps, heat exchangers, and chillers right as the facility goes live.

That's why cleanliness, water quality, and particulate specifications exist before commissioning. And it's why the flush-and-fill scope deserves the same rigor as the mechanical build — because between mechanical completion and a running facility, this scope IS the critical path.

Scope: one contractor, end to end

  • Chemical cleaning — remove fabrication debris, oils, and surface oxidation from new piping and equipment

  • High-velocity flushing — rinse to the particulate and cleanliness spec, verified and documented

  • Passivation — restore stainless steel's corrosion protection before the system enters service

  • Oil flushing — lube and hydraulic systems flushed to cleanliness class ahead of rotating equipment startup

  • Fill & treatment — final fill with treated water, delivered at a quality commissioning can sign off on

One mobilization. One safety plan. One point of accountability — instead of four subcontractors negotiating whose spec applies at the interfaces.

Data centers: a specialty, not a sideline

North America is building data centers faster than any industrial asset class in a generation — and every data hall depends on a cooling system that has never been cleaned. Eco-Solv chemically cleans, high-velocity rinses, passivates, and fills data center cooling systems to spec, with methodology built around one constraint: in this market, a week of schedule slip is a revenue problem.

How we protect the schedule

  • Multi-loop staging — equipment positioned so a single setup reaches the inlets and outlets of up to three circulation loops, minimizing demobilization and re-setup between loops

  • Dual-duty spool adapters — temporary spools engineered to serve both hydrotest and flush: installed once, used for two scopes

  • Pre-verified chemistry — cleaning and passivation chemistry selected and confirmed before mobilization, so there's no on-site guesswork

  • Clean-equipment protocol — all equipment inspected and verified clean before dispatch, staged in secondary containment on site
